Appartements avec Chauffage

"The studio flat was in a great location in a small quiet complex with pretty floral garden. It was close to the beach, bike hire,( 29 euros per week for a basic mountain bike ) which we thought was excellent value, shops, restaurants, day & night markets and public transport. The studio flat had a single bed and pull out double bed ,each having decent quality mattresses so was comfortable . Pillows where provided for free.Bed linen can also be hired at a fair price. The doubled glazed terrace was covered, which gave much needed shade after a hot day on the beach."

"The whole studio needs a total makeover. It is dated , and poorly decorated . Impractable kitchen units with no cupboards to store food. There was plenty of crockery and other items but missing basic items like kettle, measuring jug, pizza cutter, bread knife. The shower is so small we we kept banging our arms or legs against the tiled walls or glass doors. I am 5 ' 2" my husband 5' 6" so neither of us are giants. The rubber seal/ trim is missing from the bottom of both shower doors so that water escaped and made the floor soaking wet which meant we had to dry our feet in the corridor. The chest of drawers had handles hanging off which made two of the 5 draws not really pratical to use. Lastly, the studio was not very clean when we arrived and we had to sweep & mop the floors they where so dusty & dirty. The agency did offer to send a cleaner the next day when we went to pay the tourist tax but we declined as we had already cleaned it ourselves. Some of the cutlery was greasy and sticky.Glass tumblers not polished .Oven trays old and marked. Despite all of the negative above we both still felt the positives outshone the negatives and was value for money."
